Health & Safety
Texas Contemporary's top priority is the health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors, and staff. All guidelines set forth by the CDC, WHO, and local, state, and national governments will be integrated into the production of the event, with the ultimate goal being a safe and productive art fair experience for all those involved.
2021 AMP HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES
COMMUNICATION
Safety signage will be present throughout the fair venue outlining AMP policies and procedures and guiding the flow of the audience experience. Communications in advance of the fair will make clear AMP's health and safety expectations, and AMP staff will be stationed throughout the show to answer questions and explain and enforce policy.
SANITIZATION
AMP and the venue staff will ensure a continual deep cleaning before, during, and after show hours, wiping down high touch surfaces and sanitizing restrooms. Hand sanitizer dispensers will be placed throughout the venue.
MASKING
All exhibitors, staff, and attendees will be required to wear face masks covering their nose and mouth while within the George R. Brown Convention Center. Masks will be available for those who do not supply their own.
FROM A SAFE DISTANCE
Floor plans and venue usage will be modified to promote a socially distant experience, with directional signage and show floor markers encouraging attendees to browse aisles in a uniform direction.
PATRON CAPACITY
George R. Brown Convention Center regulations will determine the adjusted patron capacity per square foot with attendance numbers determined at show dates.
OTHER POLICIES
We encourage anyone who has been feeling sick, has symptoms including a fever or has been in contact with anyone who is ill to please stay home.
